Barbecued Korean Style Chicken
Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame seeds | ||
1/4 cup corn oil | ||
1/4cup soy sauce | ||
1/4 cup Karo dark corn syrup | ||
1 small onion, sliced | ||
1 clove garlic, crushed | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tsp ground ginger | ||
1 broiler chicken cut into pieces |
- In a shallow baking dish stir together the first eight ingredients.
- Add the chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for three hours, turning once.
- Grill of hot charcoal, turning and basting frequently, about 50 minutes.
