Strawberry Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pre baked graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Prepare the pre baked pie shell and cool completely.
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Gradually beat in the sugar.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Combine the whipped cream with the yogurt. Mix well.
  • Add the strawberries.
  • Turn the filling into the pie shell.
  • Freeze until set.
