Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 small jars of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 drops of hot sauce
  • Mash the artichokes with a fork and knife in a bowl.
  • Add the cheese, mayonnaise and hot sauce. Mix well.
  • Spoon into a glass pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
  • Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
