Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 lb of light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Mix the sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup butter, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk in a bowl.
  • Pour into a 9×13 casserole.
  • Mix the brown sugar, flour, pecans and 1/2 cup of ┬ámelted butter in a bowl until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
