Low Calorie Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp ap flour
  • vegetable cooking spray

Each pancake contains only 38 calories.

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients, except for cooking spray, in an electric blender and process until smooth.
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 of the batter onto a hot nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
  • cook over medium heat, turning pancakes when tops are bubbly.
  • Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
