Garlic Olives

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of ripe olives
  • 1/2 lb green olives, with pimento
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions:

  • Place olives in a sterilized glass jar along with all ingredients.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for several days before serving.
  • Serve olives along with a cheese plaster.
  • Makes 1 lb.
