Oyster Shooter
Ingredients
| 6 shucked oysters, with 1 tsp of oyster liquor | ||
| 6 tsp Tabasco sauce | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Prepared horseradish | ||
| 6 shots of premium vodka | ||
| 6 roasted red pepper pieces for topping |
- Add oysters to individual shot glasses.
- Top with a dash of Tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Add 1/2 to 1 tsp of horseradish to each shot glass and top with a good pour of vodka.
- Drink as a shot.
