Charcoal Broiled Chili Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 12 mushrooms
  • 12 baby corn cobs
  • 12 snow peas
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbs chili sauce

Directions:

  • Combine 2 tbs oil with garlic clove and chili sauce and mix well.
  • Thread the mushrooms, corn cobs and snow peas alternatively on to water soaked skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with the chili sauce and cook over charcoal or broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes, brushing with the sauce during cooking.
