- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup chervil, chopped
- 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbs lemon peel, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbs kosher salt
- 1 tbs black pepper
This rub is equally great on meats, poultry or seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until a smooth paste is formed.
- Rub over meat, poultry or seafood before placing on a grill or under a broiler.
