Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chervil, chopped
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbs lemon peel, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbs kosher salt
  • 1 tbs black pepper

This rub is equally great on meats, poultry or seafood.

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until a smooth paste is formed.
  • Rub over meat, poultry or seafood before placing on a grill or under a broiler.
