Peaches in Marsala
Ingredients
1 large can peach halves (16 oz) | ||
1/2 cup cream Marsala | ||
1 inch cinnamon stick |
- Drain peach halves, reserving 1 tbs of peach syrup.
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches, Marsala, cinnamon stick and reserved syrup.
- Refrigerate covered until peaches are very well chilled. At least 2 hours.
- To serve, turn peaches and liquid into individual dessert dishes.
