Paprika Potatoes
Ingredients
1 lb of red new potatoes | ||
2 tbs paprika | ||
2 tbs olive oil | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Boil potatoes until almost fork tender.
- When cool enough to handle, slice in half and thread on skewers.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Grill, turning several times, until potatoes are crispy brown on the outside and fork tender on the inside. About 10 minutes.
