Spicy Curry Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek style plain yogurt | ||
3 tbs of sour cream | ||
2 tsp hot curry powder | ||
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
1 garlic clove, minced | ||
1 tsp ginger minced | ||
dash of kosher salt |
- To a covered bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Recipe may be doubled.
