Chicken Fried Bacon


  • 8 strips of thick sliced bacon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Canola oil for frying

Bacon is good any way that you cook it. Here is a twist that we are sure you will enjoy. Serve with southern style gravy.


  • Coat bacon in flour and remove excess
  • Mix the eggs and milk together, then dip flour coated into the mixture
  • Drain the bacon then dip back into the flour.
  • Fry in 2 inches of canola oil until crispy
  • Drain on paper towels then serve.
