Chicken Fried Bacon
- 8 strips of thick sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- Canola oil for frying
Bacon is good any way that you cook it. Here is a twist that we are sure you will enjoy. Serve with southern style gravy.
- Coat bacon in flour and remove excess
- Mix the eggs and milk together, then dip flour coated into the mixture
- Drain the bacon then dip back into the flour.
- Fry in 2 inches of canola oil until crispy
- Drain on paper towels then serve.
