Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

  • 8 oz of jarred roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 cup of light cream
  • kosher salt to taste
 This is an easy sauce to prepare that marries the wonderful flavor of roasted red peppers with silky cream. It is wonderful served over pasta.


  • Drain the red peppers and add them to a food processor or a blender.
  • Add the cream and process.
  • Taste for seasoning and add salt as desired.
  • Can be used as a dipping sauce or poured over pasta.
