Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
- 8 oz of jarred roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 cup of light cream
- kosher salt to taste
This is an easy sauce to prepare that marries the wonderful flavor of roasted red peppers with silky cream. It is wonderful served over pasta.
- Drain the red peppers and add them to a food processor or a blender.
- Add the cream and process.
- Taste for seasoning and add salt as desired.
- Can be used as a dipping sauce or poured over pasta.
