- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped up
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbs of lemon juice
- several dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- dash of pepper
This is a healthy vegetable drink that is super simple to prepare. It contains no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Makes 2 servings.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Cover and blend about 20 seconds or until thoroughly blended.
