Clam Dip


  • 1 oz can of minced clams, with juice (about 1/4 cup juice)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbs chopped onion
  • 6 drops of Tobasco
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
This dip can be used to stuff celery stalks or for a gourmet treat mushroom caps. It is also delicious spooned over avocado halves. Makes 1 and 1/4 cups.


  • Place all ingredients in the container of a blender.
  • Pulse blender until mixture is smooth.
