|1 oz can of minced clams, with juice (about 1/4 cup juice)|
|8 oz cream cheese, softened|
|1/2 tsp kosher salt|
|1 tbs chopped onion|
|6 drops of Tobasco|
|2 tsp garlic powder|
This dip can be used to stuff celery stalks or for a gourmet treat mushroom caps. It is also delicious spooned over avocado halves. Makes 1 and 1/4 cups.
- Place all ingredients in the container of a blender.
- Pulse blender until mixture is smooth.
