Fruit and Honey Smoothie


  • 1 can of pear halves or slices, with liquid
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 8 oz cup of strawberry flavored yogurt
This is super healthy smoothie that is sweetened with honey. You may substitute other fruits if desired. Makes 4 servings.
  • In a blender combine the pears and honey and process until smooth.
  • Add the milk and yogurt and process until blended.
