Fruit and Honey Smoothie
|1 can of pear halves or slices, with liquid|
|2 tbs honey|
|1 and 1/2 cups milk|
|1 8 oz cup of strawberry flavored yogurt|
This is super healthy smoothie that is sweetened with honey. You may substitute other fruits if desired. Makes 4 servings.
- In a blender combine the pears and honey and process until smooth.
- Add the milk and yogurt and process until blended.
