Honey Kiwi Raspberry Fruit Dip


  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 8 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
  • fresh fruit for dipping
This is a wonderful dip made with kiwi, raspberries, honey and yogurt.


  • In the bowl of a fruit processor, combine kiwi, raspberries and honey. Puree.
  • Pour into a bowl and stir in yogurt until well combined.
  • Serve with sliced fruit; strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, grapes and bananas.
