Honey Kiwi Raspberry Fruit Dip
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 8 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
- fresh fruit for dipping
This is a wonderful dip made with kiwi, raspberries, honey and yogurt.
- In the bowl of a fruit processor, combine kiwi, raspberries and honey. Puree.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in yogurt until well combined.
- Serve with sliced fruit; strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, grapes and bananas.
