Japanese Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 7 tbs of mayonnaise
- 1 tbs of wasabi paste (from tube) or from dried mixed with water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
This is a super simple sauce that goes well with seafood and meat alike.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Chill and allow flavors to develop.
- Serve as a dipping sauce of slathered on meat or fish.
- Recipe may be doubled.
