Crab Meat Salad
Ingredients
1 lb crab meat | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
2 tbs diced onion | ||
1 cup, celery, diced | ||
2 tbs sweet pickle relish | ||
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
lettuce for serving |
- Remove any shell of cartilage from crab meat, being careful not to break the meat into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients except for lettuce.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper then gently mix.
- Serve atop lettuce leaves.
