Spicy Shrimp Dip


  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 scallions, chopped, white and green parts
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbs half and half
  • 1/2 lb small cooked shrimp
  • kosher salt to taste
  • dash of white pepper
  • In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and half and half. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and white pepper.
