Spicy Shrimp Dip
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 scallions, chopped, white and green parts
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbs half and half
- 1/2 lb small cooked shrimp
- kosher salt to taste
- dash of white pepper
- In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and half and half. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and white pepper.
