Chili Mango Salsa


  • 2 mangoes, peeled sliced and diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to test.
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • Toss all ingredients together and allow to stand refrigerated covered for 1 hour.
  • Great served with fish or pork chops.
