Chili Mango Salsa
|2 mangoes, peeled sliced and diced|
|1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped|
|juice of 1 lime|
|1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to test.|
|1 small red onion, diced|
- Toss all ingredients together and allow to stand refrigerated covered for 1 hour.
- Great served with fish or pork chops.
