Chili Mango Salsa
- 2 mangoes, peeled sliced and diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to test.
- 1 small red onion, diced
- Toss all ingredients together and allow to stand refrigerated covered for 1 hour.
- Great served with fish or pork chops.
