Easy Corn Pudding
Ingredients
1 (14oz) can creamed corn | ||
1 (14oz) can of whole kernel, drained | ||
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix | ||
1 tbs butter, melted | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
2 eggs |
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then add to a casserole dish.
- Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
