Easy Corn Pudding
- 1 (14oz) can creamed corn
- 1 (14oz) can of whole kernel, drained
- 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then add to a casserole dish.
- Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
