Easy Corn Pudding


  • 1 (14oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (14oz) can of whole kernel, drained
  • 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then add to a casserole dish.
  • Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
