Easy Corn Pudding
|1 (14oz) can creamed corn|
|1 (14oz) can of whole kernel, drained|
|1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix|
|1 tbs butter, melted|
|1 cup sour cream|
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then add to a casserole dish.
- Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
