Strawberry Ice Tea
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 cups unsweetened bread tea, chilled
- 1/2 cup fine sugar
- additional strawberries for garnish
- Place strawberries and lemon juice in blender, cover and puree.
- Pour puree int a 2-quart pitcher and add the tea and sugar.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Chill and float slices of berries and lemon in the pitcher.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with extra berries.
- You may add more sugar if necessary.
