Strawberry Yogurt Pie
Ingredients
1 (9 inch) pre baked graham cracker crust | ||
1 cup heavy cream | ||
1/2 cup sugar | ||
1 tsp vanilla extract | ||
1 cup plain yogurt | ||
2 cups strawberry yogurt | ||
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced |
- Prepare the pre baked pie shell and cool completely.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Gradually beat in the sugar.
- Add the vanilla.
- Combine the whipped cream with the yogurt. Mix well.
- Add the strawberries.
- Turn the filling into the pie shell.
- Freeze until set.
