Indian Spice Rub


  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

This is an all purpose Indian seasoning. It works equally well with beef, pork or poultry as well as with vegetables.


  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Store in an air tight jar and use as needed.
  • If you like it with a little more kick add several tsp of ground red pepper.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
