Spicy Pork Seasoning

  • 4 tbs of smoked paprika
  • 1 tbs fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbs of chili powder
  • 2 tbs ground coriander
  • 1 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbs dried oregano
  • 1 tbs dried thyme
  • 3 tbs kosher salt
  • 1 tbs ground white pepper

This dry rub seasoning works especially well with pork loin. Season the pork all over with the seasoning and rub in well. Cover the pork in plastic wrap and allow the pork to come to room temperature before cooking.


  • In a bowl mix all ingredients well and add to an airtight container.
  • Use as needed.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
