Smoked Salmon Dip
|8 ozs cream cheese, softened|
|6 ozs smoked salmon, chopped|
|1/2 cup sour cream|
|1/4 cup chopped scallions|
|1 tbs fresh dill|
|Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper|
|Crackers and or crusty bread|
|smoked salmon slices for garnish (optional)|
|Toased baugette slices for serving|
This is a quick and easy appetizer that is delicious and can be prepared in minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and gently mix until well combined. Feel free to add a slice of smoked salmon on the top of each serving.
- Cover and chill for several hours.
- The recipe may be doubled.
- Serving suggestion. Spread the dip over baguette slices and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
