Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients
8 ozs cream cheese, softened | ||
6 ozs smoked salmon, chopped | ||
1/2 cup sour cream | ||
1/4 cup chopped scallions | ||
1 tbs fresh dill | ||
Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper | ||
Crackers and or crusty bread | ||
smoked salmon slices for garnish (optional) | ||
Toased baugette slices for serving |
This is a quick and easy appetizer that is delicious and can be prepared in minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and gently mix until well combined. Feel free to add a slice of smoked salmon on the top of each serving.
- Cover and chill for several hours.
- The recipe may be doubled.
- Serving suggestion. Spread the dip over baguette slices and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
