Hot Crab Dip with Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of backfin crab meat
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 sweet onion, minced
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp dry vermouth
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • assorted crackers
  • In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, onions, horseradish, vermouth and crab meat.
  • Place in a small baking dish and top with almonds.
  • Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with favorite crackers.
