Hot Crab Dip with Almonds
- 1/2 lb of backfin crab meat
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 sweet onion, minced
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp dry vermouth
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- assorted crackers
- In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, onions, horseradish, vermouth and crab meat.
- Place in a small baking dish and top with almonds.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve with favorite crackers.
