Hot Crab Dip with Almonds
Ingredients
1/2 lb of backfin crab meat | ||
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened | ||
1/2 sweet onion, minced | ||
1 tsp horseradish | ||
1 tsp dry vermouth | ||
1/4 cup almonds, sliced | ||
assorted crackers |
- In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, onions, horseradish, vermouth and crab meat.
- Place in a small baking dish and top with almonds.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve with favorite crackers.
