Grilled Asian Monkfish
Ingredients
4 Monkfish steaks (8oz each) | ||
3 and 1/2 tbs fresh ginger, minced | ||
1 tbs dark soy sauce | ||
1 tbs dark soy sauce | ||
1 tbs dark soy sauce | ||
3 tbs red wine | ||
1 tbs sesame oil | ||
1 tbs sesame oil | ||
1 tbs sesame oil |
- Place fish steaks in a glass casserole or baking dish in a single layer.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender of food process and process until the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the fish and refrigerate covered overnight.
- Grill the fish over hot coals, or broil until done. About 5 minutes on each side. (depending on thickness)
- Baste with marinade while cooking.
