Grilled Scallions


  • 2 dozen large scallions
  • 4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Preheat a charcoal grill.
  • Trim the scallions so they are about 6 -7 inches long.
  • Brush them with olive oil and lay them on the grill.
  • Lightly sprinkle kosher salt over.
  • Watch them carefully and turn them over with tongs,¬†occasionally until they are lightly browned on all sides.
  • Serve immediately.
