Grilled Scallions
Ingredients
2 dozen large scallions | ||
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil | ||
Kosher salt to taste |
- Preheat a charcoal grill.
- Trim the scallions so they are about 6 -7 inches long.
- Brush them with olive oil and lay them on the grill.
- Lightly sprinkle kosher salt over.
- Watch them carefully and turn them over with tongs, occasionally until they are lightly browned on all sides.
- Serve immediately.
