Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups soy sauce | ||
1/2 cup pineapple juice | ||
3 tbs molasses | ||
3 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1/4 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced | ||
3 scallions, chopped |
- Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil then,reduce to a simmer.
- Cook until thickened. About 10-15 minutes. Do not leave sauce unattended.
- Strain into a container for later use.
- Use as a basting sauce or marinade.
