Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tbs molasses
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil then,reduce to a simmer.
  • Cook until thickened. About 10-15 minutes. Do not leave sauce unattended.
  • Strain into a container for later use.
  • Use as a basting sauce or marinade.
