Oysters with Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
24 shucked oysters | ||
3 tbs balsamic vinegar | ||
6 slices of prosciutto, chopped | ||
fresh cracked black pepper |
- Shuck the oysters and place them in the half shell on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each oyster with a little balsamic vinegar, then with a little black pepper.
- Place the chopped prosciutto evenly over the oysters.
- Place the baking sheet under a hot broiler for 1-2 minutes until the prosciutto starts to crisp.
