Reuben Egg Rolls
Ingredients
1 package of egg roll wrappers, thawed | ||
1 lb of corn beef, diced | ||
1 small package sauerkraut | ||
1 small package sauerkraut | ||
1 small package sauerkraut | ||
thousand island dressing |
- Thaw egg roll wrappers.
- In each egg roll wrapper place 3 tbs of corn beef 2 tbs of sauerkraut, 2 tbs Swiss cheese and 1 tbs of thousand island dressing.
- Brush edges of wrappers with water.
- Roll up egg roll’s tightly, folding in the ends and you go along. You should have a tight seal.
- In a large sauce pan or deep fryer, fill 1/3 full of oil and heat to 360 degrees.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown. 3-5 minutes.
