Reuben Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers, thawed
  • 1 lb of corn beef, diced
  • 1 small package sauerkraut
  • 1 small package sauerkraut
  • 1 small package sauerkraut
  • thousand island dressing
  • Thaw egg roll wrappers.
  • In each egg roll wrapper place 3 tbs of corn beef 2 tbs of sauerkraut,  2 tbs Swiss cheese and 1 tbs of thousand island dressing.
  • Brush edges of wrappers with water.
  • Roll up egg roll’s tightly, folding in the ends and you go along. You should have a tight seal.
  • In a large sauce pan or deep fryer, fill 1/3 full of oil and heat to 360 degrees.
  • Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown. 3-5 minutes.
