Garlic Olives
Ingredients
1/2 lb of ripe olives | ||
1/2 lb green olives, with pimento | ||
1/2 cup white wine vinegar | ||
1 cup olive oil | ||
1 small onion, sliced | ||
3 cloves garlic, sliced |
Directions:
- Place olives in a sterilized glass jar along with all ingredients.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for several days before serving.
- Serve olives along with a cheese plaster.
- Makes 1 lb.
