|1/2 lb of ripe olives|
|1/2 lb green olives, with pimento|
|1/2 cup white wine vinegar|
|1 cup olive oil|
|1 small onion, sliced|
|3 cloves garlic, sliced|
- Place olives in a sterilized glass jar along with all ingredients.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for several days before serving.
- Serve olives along with a cheese plaster.
- Makes 1 lb.
