Jamaican Spice Rub
- 3 tbs ground cloves
- 5 bay leaves, ground
- 2 tbs kosher salt
- 2 tbs pink peppercorns, ground
- 2 tbs allspice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
This rub gives some authentic flavor to beef, pork or chicken.
- Add cloves, allspice berries, pink peppercorns and bay leafs to a spice grinder and ground into a powder.
- Add to a bowl, then add the salt and cayenne pepper.
- Use as a rub on beef, chicken or pork.
