Jamaican Spice Rub
|3 tbs ground cloves|
|5 bay leaves, ground|
|2 tbs kosher salt|
|2 tbs pink peppercorns, ground|
|2 tbs allspice|
|1 tsp cayenne pepper|
This rub gives some authentic flavor to beef, pork or chicken.
- Add cloves, allspice berries, pink peppercorns and bay leafs to a spice grinder and ground into a powder.
- Add to a bowl, then add the salt and cayenne pepper.
- Use as a rub on beef, chicken or pork.
