Charcoal Broiled Chili Vegetables
Ingredients
12 mushrooms | ||
12 baby corn cobs | ||
12 snow peas | ||
2 tbs oil | ||
1 garlic clove, crushed | ||
1 tbs chili sauce |
- Combine 2 tbs oil with garlic clove and chili sauce and mix well.
- Thread the mushrooms, corn cobs and snow peas alternatively on to water soaked skewers.
- Brush the skewers with the chili sauce and cook over charcoal or broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes, brushing with the sauce during cooking.
