Japanese Multi-Purpose Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 3 tsp garlic powder
This is a delicious multi-purpose sauce that is common to Japanese steak houses. It can be used to dip beef, chicken, pork or seafood and in some instances it is even used as a salad dressing.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours before using.
