Japanese Multi-Purpose Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
This is a delicious multi-purpose sauce that is common to Japanese steak houses. It can be used to dip beef, chicken, pork or seafood and in some instances it is even used as a salad dressing.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours before using.
