- 8 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
This is a new twist on salsa that uses the sweetness of kiwis paired with spicy jalapeno’s.
- Add all ingredients to a large non metal bowl and mix well.
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve as dip or over meats and fish.
