Spicy Kiwi Salsa

  • 8 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
This is a new twist on salsa that uses the sweetness of kiwis paired with spicy jalapeno’s.

  • Add all ingredients to a large non metal bowl and mix well.
  • Let marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve as dip or over meats and fish.
