Asian Grilled Meat Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup teriyaki sauce | ||
1/3 cup sesame oil | ||
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar | ||
1/4 cup honey | ||
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder | ||
1 tsp crystallized ginger bits | ||
2 tsp garlic powder | ||
1 tbs minced onion |
This is an Asian inspired meat marinade that can be used for beef, chicken or pork.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag and add your meat of choice and seal.
- Slosh the bag around a bit and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Grill meats over hot charcoal.
