Asian Grilled Meat Marinade

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 1 tsp crystallized ginger bits
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbs minced onion
This is an Asian inspired meat marinade that can be used for beef, chicken or pork.

  • Combine all ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag and add your meat of choice and seal.
  • Slosh the bag around a bit and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  • Grill meats over hot charcoal.
