Asian Grilled Meat Marinade
|1 cup teriyaki sauce|
|1/3 cup sesame oil|
|1/4 cup rice wine vinegar|
|1/4 cup honey|
|1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder|
|1 tsp crystallized ginger bits|
|2 tsp garlic powder|
|1 tbs minced onion|
This is an Asian inspired meat marinade that can be used for beef, chicken or pork.
- Combine all ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag and add your meat of choice and seal.
- Slosh the bag around a bit and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Grill meats over hot charcoal.
