Green Goddess Dressing
|2 oil packed anchovy fillets, chopped|
|1 garlic cloves, minced or pressed|
|1/2 cup mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup sour cream|
|1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed|
|2 tbs parsley leaves|
|2 tbs tarragon leaves|
|2 tbs lemon juice|
|4 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
- Blend anchovies, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, parsley, tarragon, 1 tbs lemon juice, and 4 1/2 tsp oil in a blender until smooth.
- Refrigerate covered for several hours before using.
