Green Goddess Dressing
- 2 oil packed anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed
- 2 tbs parsley leaves
- 2 tbs tarragon leaves
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 4 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Blend anchovies, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, parsley, tarragon, 1 tbs lemon juice, and 4 1/2 tsp oil in a blender until smooth.
- Refrigerate covered for several hours before using.
