|1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed|
|8 oz cream cheese, softened|
|1 cup sour cream|
|8 drops Tabasco sauce|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|2 tbs prepared horseradish|
|1 tbs parsley, minced, optional|
- Thoroughly blend the garlic, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add the Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, horseradish and parsley.
- Place in a glass or earthenware bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
