Horseradish Dip


  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbs parsley, minced, optional


  • Thoroughly blend the garlic, cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add the Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, horseradish and parsley.
  • Place in a glass or earthenware bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
