Hot Shrimp Dip


  • 1/2 lb baby shrimp, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs chives
  • 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste


  • Soften the cream cheese and combine with the mustard, mayonnaise and wine. Mix well.
  • Mince the shrimp, then  add to the mayonnaise mixture, along with the chives, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat slowly in a double broiler or microwave.
  • You may also serve the dip cold if desired.
