  • Rice Vinegar 6 tbs
  • Soy Sauce 4 tbs
  • Sunflower Butter 1 tbs
  • Dijon Mustard 4 tbs
  • Honey 4 tbs
  • Orange Juice 1/4 cup
  • Canola Oil 1/4 cup
  • Serrano Pepper 1
  • Red Pepper 1
  • Scallions 6
  • Sesame Seeds 3 tbs
  • Rice Noodles 1 Box (8oz)
  • Cilantro 1 tbs
  • Lime 1

This recipe was created by a young chef at heart. She wanted to create a yummy kid friendly nut free salad with an Asian flare.

Directions:

  1. Chop Vegetables
  2. Boil Water
  3. Make Dressing
  4. Cook Noodles according to package directions
  5. Add Noodles to non-metal bowl
  6. Add chopped vegetables and dressing to the noodles and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle in sesame seeds
  8. Garnish with Cilantro & Lime
