Isabella’s Thai Rice Noodle Salad

Ingredients
Rice Vinegar | 6 tbs | |
Soy Sauce | 4 tbs | |
Sunflower Butter | 1 tbs | |
Dijon Mustard | 4 tbs | |
Honey | 4 tbs | |
Orange Juice | 1/4 cup | |
Canola Oil | 1/4 cup | |
Serrano Pepper | 1 | |
Red Pepper | 1 | |
Scallions | 6 | |
Sesame Seeds | 3 tbs | |
Rice Noodles | 1 Box (8oz) | |
Cilantro | 1 tbs | |
Lime | 1 |
This recipe was created by a young chef at heart. She wanted to create a yummy kid friendly nut free salad with an Asian flare.
- Chop Vegetables
- Boil Water
- Make Dressing
- Cook Noodles according to package directions
- Add Noodles to non-metal bowl
- Add chopped vegetables and dressing to the noodles and mix well.
- Sprinkle in sesame seeds
- Garnish with Cilantro & Lime
