Mango Salad

Ingredients
2 large mangos, peeled and cut into small chunks | ||
3 spring onions, sliced on a bias, white and green parts | ||
1/4 cucumber, peeled and cut into dice | ||
1/4 cup basil leaves, torn | ||
1/4 cup mint leaves, torn | ||
1/4 cup fresh lime juice | ||
3 tsp kosher salt | ||
2 red hot peppers, diced, optional |
This is a fresh and fruity salad highlighted with the flavors of mint, spring onions, lime and mint.
- Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl combine and mix well.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
