|2 large mangos, peeled and cut into small chunks|
|3 spring onions, sliced on a bias, white and green parts|
|1/4 cucumber, peeled and cut into dice|
|1/4 cup basil leaves, torn|
|1/4 cup mint leaves, torn|
|1/4 cup fresh lime juice|
|3 tsp kosher salt|
|2 red hot peppers, diced, optional|
