Marinated Mozzarella Balls
Ingredients
1 lb fresh mozzarella balls | ||
1-1/12 cups extra virgin olive oil | ||
4 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1 tbs Italian seasonion | ||
1 tbs flat leaf parsley, chopped | ||
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
1/2 cup black olives, pitted |
- Add mozzarella balls and herbs and spices to a quart bell jar.
- Cover with olive oil and shake well to mix.
- Let marinate overnight, shaking and mixing occasionally.
- Serve with sliced tomatoes and a green salad.
