Marinated Mozzarella Balls
|1 lb fresh mozzarella balls|
|1-1/12 cups extra virgin olive oil|
|4 cloves garlic, minced|
|1 tbs Italian seasonion|
|1 tbs flat leaf parsley, chopped|
|Kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|1/2 cup black olives, pitted|
- Add mozzarella balls and herbs and spices to a quart bell jar.
- Cover with olive oil and shake well to mix.
- Let marinate overnight, shaking and mixing occasionally.
- Serve with sliced tomatoes and a green salad.
