Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie
|1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened|
|3/4 cup honey|
|1 (16 oz) jar chunky peanut butter|
|1 (8 oz) container whipped topping|
|1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust|
|2 tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|1/2 tsp shortening|
- Beat together the cream cheese and honey until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, then spoon the mixture into the crust.
- Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat until melted, then drizzle over the pie.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
