- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbs prepared horseradish
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice, plus extra if desired
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1-3 tsp red pepper flakes, more if you want extra hot
- Place the ketchup and horseradish and pepper flakes into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper and stir to combine, then add extra lemon juice.
- Recipe may be multiplied.
